Chocolates

Chocolate is obtained by mixing sugar with two products derived from the manipulation of cocoa beans: cocoa mass and cocoa butter.

At Latoscal we mix our selected nuts under rigorous selection processes with chocolate, to obtain a superior quality product. Once selected, they are covered with a layer of chocolate, for the pleasure of those with a sweet tooth.
